By completing your booking with A Night to Remember Events, you ("Renter") agree to the following legally binding terms regarding the rental of event equipment, including wedding arches, backdrops, and outdoor/lawn games (the "Equipment").

1. Condition & Return of Equipment* The Renter confirms that the Equipment will be inspected upon delivery/pickup and is received in good, stable working condition. * The Renter agrees to return the Equipment by the specified date and time in the same condition received. If Equipment is returned damaged, broken, stained, or missing parts, the Renter agrees to pay the full cost of repair or replacement.

2. Safety & Proper Use* **Outdoor Games:** Must be used solely for their intended purposes. Adult supervision is required at all times when minors are participating or nearby.* **Wedding Arches & Structures:** Arches and heavy backdrops carry inherent structural risks. They must not be climbed on, leaned against, or subjected to severe weather conditions (e.g., high winds). The Renter agrees not to alter, overload, or move professionally installed structures.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release* **Assumption of Risk:** The Renter acknowledges that using event equipment—specifically heavy structures and outdoor games involving tossing or swinging objects—carries inherent risks of physical injury or property damage. The Renter freely assumes all risks associated with the rental and use of the Equipment.* **Release of Liability:** The Renter, on behalf of themselves and their event guests, hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges A Night to Remember Events, its owners, and employees from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from the rental, setup, delivery, or use of the Equipment.

4. Indemnification. The Renter agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A Night to Remember Events from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) brought by third parties (including event guests) arising out of the placement, operation, or use of the Equipment during the rental period.
